Monthly subscription programs are my lowest cost, shortest commitment “a la carte” programs. View the monthly subscription as the “lite” version of my current Festival Group Program - you’ll get subscribed to the group program’s current training block, some getting-started basics, and then be equipped enough to “side quest” your fitness journey pretty much on your own (but don’t worry - I’ll always be here to answer your questions).

Full Send Summer Online Training Program

Built to help you stay strong, consistent, and energized through a packed stretch of early summer.

Designed for the reality of this season: festivals, travel, long days, late nights, and a schedule that isn’t always predictable.

This program is strength endurance-focused by design. Full body, superset-based workouts form the foundation, allowing you to train efficiently, build stamina, and stay consistent even when life gets busy.

You’ll also have the option to add in Full Send Focus Sessions - targeted workouts for areas like glutes, shoulders, or back when you have the time and energy to push a little more.

You’ll focus on:

• Full body strength endurance training
• Building stamina for long days, late nights, and high step counts
• Flexible workouts that adapt to your schedule
• Optional targeted training for specific muscle groups
• Staying consistent without needing a perfect routine

Some weeks you’re locked in.
Some weeks you have to dial it back.

This program is built for both.

The goal isn’t just to get through a weekend.
It’s to stay strong, feel good, and keep showing up through a busy stretch of summer, without burning out or starting over.

Training Block Subscription Price: $165/month

Choose Between Home or Gym Workouts:


Home: Minimal Equipment | 3 Days/Week
~30 min workouts. Requires minimal equipment (dumbbells, glute bands, stability ball or bench optional).

Gym: Full Gym Access | 3 Days/Week
~45 min workouts. Designed for those with access to gym machines, cables, and free weights.
