Designed with flexibility in mind for the busy fall season, this Get Fit 2 Rave Monthly Subscription program features a four-day split of upper body, lower body, and full-body workouts, allowing you to train anywhere from 2 to 4 days per week.
Whether you're balancing a packed fall festival schedule or gearing up for the holidays, this program offers the flexibility to evenly distribute your training or focus on your upper or lower body, allowing you to maintain your summer progress or push your limits with a variety of workouts tailored to your fitness goals.

Training Block Subscription Price: $175/4 week cycle

Choose Between Home or Gym Workouts:
Home: Minimum equipment required for training: stability ball and/or bench, dumbbells and/or kettlebells, glute bands, resistance bands with handles. Training splits can be 3-4 days depending on training cycle.
Gym: Gym access required. Training splits can be 3-5 days depending on training cycle.
