Monthly subscription programs are my lowest cost, shortest commitment “a la carte” programs. My most popular festival program of the year, my EDC Las Vegas festival training program, is built to help you show up strong and prepared for one of the biggest EDM events of the year.
This 8-week program focuses on building the strength, stamina, and festival endurance needed to handle long nights, massive step counts, and everything that comes with life under the electric sky.
This program is strength-first by design. Lifting is the foundation, with optional core and cardio work added in weekly to help improve endurance, support recovery, and keep your body feeling good throughout festival season.
You’ll focus on:
• Progressive strength training
• Building stamina for long festival days and high step counts
• Optional core and cardio to support endurance
• A clear training structure to help you stay consistent leading into the event
The goal isn’t just to survive the weekend.
It’s to show up strong and leave with unforgettable memories, not an aching, wrecked body.

Choose Between Home or Gym Workouts:
Home: ~Home/Minimal Equipment | Beginner | 3-4 Days/Week
~30 min workouts. Requires minimal equipment (dumbbells, glute bands, stability ball or bench optional). Perfect for beginners or anyone who needs flexibility and low-pressure entry.
Gym - Beginner/Intermediate: Gym Access | Beginner–Intermediate | 4 Days/Week
~45 min workouts. Designed for those with basic gym access and lifting experience.
Gym - Intermediate/Advanced: Gym Access | Intermediate–Advanced | 4 Days/Week
~45–60 min workouts. Higher volume, more intensity. Best for experienced lifters or those who want more structure and challenge from their training.
