As a 40-year-old raver, wife to a producer, and mom of 3, I bring plenty of life experience to my coaching. My journey has taught me the importance of avoiding fad diets and ineffective workouts, and I’m committed to helping clients make smarter, more sustainable choices.

Being married to a producer and working closely with artists and industry professionals has given me valuable insight into the unique challenges of hectic schedules and touring. I understand the vital role fitness plays in maintaining both physical and mental health, and I design routines that fit the demands of festival life or any high-energy career.

Motherhood has also shaped my coaching approach, teaching me the value of adapting to each person’s needs. As a mother, I’ve personally experienced many physical changes to my body, felt frustrated, and navigated the effort it takes to rebuild and recover, numerous times.
