As the owner of Fit 2 Rave, I work with artists, creators, industry professionals, and the community around them who want to stay strong, consistent, and physically capable without stepping away from the lifestyle that drives them to train in the first place. I don’t believe these things are mutually exclusive. I believe they can and should enhance each other.

Before becoming a coach, I was a designer and illustrator, a creative first. That background shapes how I approach training. I understand the creative mindset, the pressure, the rejection, and the burnout cycles that come with creative work and high-demand environments.

Training was a game changer for me. It gave me structure, discipline, confidence, and a way to stay grounded, even in chaotic environments. That is what I help my clients build for themselves.

Being married to a producer and working closely with artists and industry professionals has only deepened that understanding. I have seen firsthand how demanding touring, travel, and nightlife can be, and how often fitness is treated as an afterthought until something starts to slip.

As a mom of three, I also understand what it means to juggle competing priorities, adapt constantly, and still make space for career, fitness, and life. My coaching is not about rigid routines. It is about creating something sustainable that actually works in a world where work and play coexist, and where training supports overall health while enhancing a demanding and fast-paced lifestyle.
