As a raver in my late 30’s, wife to a producer, and mother of 3, I leverage these things about myself into who I am as a coach.

My age allows me wisdom and life experience. I’m old enough to have fallen victim to plenty of ridiculous diets and useless workouts. It’s important to me to help clients avoid making the mistakes I did.

Being married to a producer, as well as having friends and clients who are artists, or are heavily involved in the EDM industry in some way, has given me insight into the demands of touring and the special considerations that have to be made because of crazy schedules. It’s because of those same demands and considerations  that I’m acutely aware of the importance of having a fitness routine in place, not only from a physical, but mental health standpoint. I utilize my understanding of this lifestyle to create an optimal, realistic fitness routine for industry professionals and festival attendees alike.

Experiencing motherhood has shown me that I have to parent each one of my children a little differently. Tough love approach? Done. Nurturer? Yup. This helps immensely when working with clients, to learn which coaching style they’ll be more receptive to. If you want a coach who can play the role of mom/big sis/friend/hardass or any combination of that, I’ve got you. As a mother, I’ve also experienced first-hand the frustrations of a body that has gone through all kinds of fluctuations, and the work it takes to gain/lose/rebuild numerous times.

Running my business while being a wife and mother means I truly understand what it’s like to be busy, but it also means I’m good at figuring out where that grey space is, for fitness AND fun, and I teach my clients how to do the same.

I preach balance in all things: training, nutrition, work AND play, and I’m passionate about helping you figure out what that looks like for YOU, the life you lead, and your fitness goals.
