These programs are timed around specific major festivals—though you don’t need to be attending the fest to join in! Choose the program option that best suits your experience and goals, and find community support (and new rave fam friends) in the client group chat.

Ultra MMW: Muscle, Movement, Workout Program

This is my first festival training program of 2026, kicking off January 26 and built to get you strong, resilient, and ready for Miami Music Week and Ultra.

This 8-week program is strength-first by design.
Lifting is the foundation, with mobility, core, and conditioning added in weekly to support recovery, movement quality, and stamina so you can handle those festival step counts without feeling wrecked.

You’ll focus on:
• Progressive strength training
• Smarter movement and joint health
• Optional cardio and core to build endurance
• Training that supports real life, travel, and long weekends on your feet

Whether you’re heading to Ultra, Miami Music Week, or just want to start the year training with intention, this program is built to support you through it.

Split payment options available: 2 payments of $197.50 or 4 biweekly payments of $98.75


Choice of 3 Program Levels/Options:


GA: Home/Minimal Equipment | Beginner | 3 Days/Week
~30 min workouts. Requires minimal equipment (dumbbells, glute bands, stability ball or bench optional). Perfect for beginners or anyone who needs flexibility and low-pressure entry.

GA+: Gym Access | Beginner–Intermediate | 3 Days/Week
~45 min workouts. Designed for those with basic gym access and lifting experience.

VIP: Gym Access | Intermediate–Advanced | 3-4 Days/Week
~45–60 min workouts. Higher volume, more intensity. Best for experienced lifters or those who want more structure and challenge from their training.
