This 10-week online training program is designed to help you stay consistent through the holidays and feel strong, confident, and ready to set sail for Groove Cruise 2025…or whatever adventures you have lined up early next year.

With two structured 4-week strength cycles, built-in hybrid training weeks, and optional core and cardio add-ons, this program helps you train with intention - meant to enhance your lifestyle, not restrict it.

Not sailing on Groove Cruise? No problem.
This program is for anyone looking to maintain momentum, build strength, and stay accountable during the busiest time of year. Whether you’re dancing on deck or just determined to start the new year ahead of the game, you’ll find structure, support, and a community that gets it.

And if you are joining the cruise, come sweat it out at Shannon’s official onboard workout, HIIT the Decks, or catch her workshop, Training for Artists & Captains, live on the Groove Cruise activity schedule.

The program begins Monday, November 10, 2025, and runs through Sunday, January 18, 2026 bringing you to the week Groove Cruise Miami 2025 sets sail.

Split payment options available: 2 payments of $242.50 or 5 biweekly payments of $97


Choice of 3 Program Levels/Options:


GA: Home/Minimal Equipment | Beginner | 4 Days/Week
~30 min workouts. Requires minimal equipment (dumbbells, glute bands, stability ball or bench optional). Perfect for beginners or anyone who needs flexibility and low-pressure entry.

GA+: Gym Access | Beginner–Intermediate | 4 Days/Week
~45 min workouts. Designed for those with basic gym access and lifting experience.

VIP: Gym Access | Intermediate–Advanced | 4-5 Days/Week
~45–60 min workouts. Higher volume, more intensity. Best for experienced lifters or those who want more structure and challenge from their training.
